General

Silver Jewellery Ireland has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options.

As every item is hand made and some include natural stones there will be slight variations from item to item. Colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.

Payment

Silver Jewellery Ireland accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa & Mastercard,  via the on-line purchasing system Stripe. If you are shopping outside of the Euro area, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.

Silver Jewellery Ireland reserves the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full, including a working telephone number.

The international shipping rate does not include local customs duties outside of the EU. You will be responsible for paying any customs duties relevant to the country of shipping.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns if you are not entirely happy with your purchase or if you have changed your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please notify us via email at admin@silverjewelleryireland.com as soon as possible if your intending to return an item to us. 

All returns need to be sent to the address on the invoice, 55 Clanmawr, Shankill, Co. Dublin, D18 T8W7, Ireland. Return postage costs are paid by the customer unless there is a fault with the goods received.

When sending back items back to us please return them in the original packaging including the protective box and a padded envelope to ensure the jewellery arrives in perfect condition. 

Please note that returns have to be unworn and unmarked and in the same condition as you received them.

Once we have received your returned item we will notify you by email and process the card payment refund which can take up to 10 working days. 

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept stud or hanging earrings as returns.

Privacy

Silver Jewellery Ireland is committed to protecting your privacy. To this end, we do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Credit Card details are processed by Stripe and Silver Jewellery Ireland has no access to them. 

Shipping

The shipping and delivery is handled by An Post (http://www.anpost.ie/). Delivery and transit times cannot be guaranteed and may vary at busy times of the year, such as Christmas Holidays.
