General

Silver Jewellery Ireland has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options.

As every item is hand made and some include natural stones there will be slight variations from item to item. Colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.

Payment

Silver Jewellery Ireland accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa & Mastercard,  via the on-line purchasing system PayPal. If you are shopping outside of the Euro area, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.

Silver Jewellery Ireland reserves the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full, including a working telephone number.

The international shipping rate does not include local customs duties. You will be responsible for paying any customs duties relevant to the country of shipping.

Returns

Silver Jewellery Ireland endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy. For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your product within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund your money or provide a voucher.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on +353 87 0660864 or admin@silverjewelleryireland.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Privacy

Silver Jewellery Ireland is committed to protecting your privacy. To this end, we do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Credit Card details are processed by Paypal and Silver Jewellery Ireland has no access to them.
